Human resources are the most crucial resources in a business may it be a company or an industry. They are human so they too have feelings thus they may also loose interest in their daily undertakings or even loose feelings for the organization they work in hence motivating them is key. Through motivation , their morale will be boosted hence their performance improves thus there will be more productivity and profit maximization. Some of the major ways you can adopt as an entrepreneur in motivating your human resource in the achievement of business success are highlighted and elaborated below:
. Positive motivation.
This may be in terms of giving awards to higher performing employees or pardoning them some few days of work for vacation purposes. Gifting higher performing employees motivates all employees to work hard in their respective duties so as to receive those awards.
