Hello dear reader, today I’ll be taking you through some of the main importance in embracing foreign investment in the country. If foreign investors are willing and able to invest in our country, allowing them plays a key role in bringing about major improvements and development in the country. Hence this step taken in embracing them eventually contributes to the success of the country in the long run.

Some of the major benefits and importance accompanied by embracing foreign investment in the country:

. Vast job opportunities are created. 

 Many companies and industries are established by these foreign investors hence jobs created are many in the long run. The common unemployed citizens are now able to access jobs , generate their own living and improve their living standards. So many people especially the youth are unemployed in the country, therefore through embracing foreign investment, there has been a major reduction of unemployment rates since more people are now able to assess job opportunities. So for us as a nation to reduce these increasingly unemployment rates , we should purpose to allow these foreign investors to invest in our country.

. Technological advancement.

 Most of these foreign investors use high technology equipment and more advanced technological approaches in their business operations. Hence we us a country will be able to learn from them ,teach our citizens, therefore we will be able to produce high quality and quantity goods and services too. I’ll have to admit that , technologically as a country we are a bit behind as compared to those advanced countries. Being a third world country, most of the operations have been aimed at sustaining the country and it’s citizens hence embracing foreign investment in the country adds another crucial benefit in the success of the nation.

. Improved relations amongst states. 

 Through the interactions amongst the foreigners and our country; the government and citizens, a good relation is created. This plays a vital role in achieving success in the country too as for example in the tourism sector, you’ll find that these investors mostly originate from advanced countries , hence through the good relations created while working in our country, they’ll be able to share the amazing things in our country hence more and more foreigners will visit our country. This is important as the country earns more money due to increased foreign income. Thus generation of more income , the country is now able to initiate and implement development projects all aver the country and the country thrives in the long run.

. Cultural interaction .

 Our country is made up of too many diverse communities all having different cultures and traditions as well as languages used being different. These foreign investors in the country through the interaction amongst the citizens are able to learn the amazing different cultures and are able to share them amongst their nations hence attracting more tourists . Hence also through our amazing diverse cultures and traditions, the government are able to generate more money earned from foreign income as well as the citizens benefiting as they too are able to earn income through showcasing the amazing different cultural practices and traditions. Therefore we as a nation should aim to attracting and embracing more and more foreign investment in the country as we’re able to get a variety of endless benefits after all.

. Urbanization.

 Investment companies and industries established in small towns and rural areas by foreign investors, helps those towns and areas to grow. More advanced towns will emerge as more people are attracted to live near those companies and industries due to the vast job opportunities created . More markets too will be established to sell some of the finished goods and services produced in those companies and industries. S , so many citizens majorly the unemployed will tend to live in that one place so as to generate their income and sustain their lives hence growth of towns. Therefore through embracing foreign investment, the rural areas will flourish into big towns in the long run .

In conclusion, I’ll urge the major stakeholders to embrace these foreign investors in our country as we’ve all seen that the benefits accompanied by allowing them invest in our country are vast.
